The night before we drove till we dropped and stopped on a parking lot in the middle of nowhere next to the Danube in the Romanian area of the Iron Gate. It was pitch dark and we had no idea, how the place looks like. What a surprise was the overwhelming view we had at the next morning, waking up in a valley where the Danube winds through steep, cliffy hills. |
