Again a long, hot day - it seemed that "the cloud" didn't find us anymore ... Bucharest - what an incredible city, full of contrasts ... We were mostly walking around, saw the huge palace of parliament, the endless boulevards and of course many run down buildings, lots of poor people ... And then again, luxury cars, shopping centers, lively streets ... It's a weird place. But they're working hard to change this, many old buildings have already been renovated and there are uncountable construction sites - compared to my last visit it's getting rapidly better.
For dinner we went back to the old town, again
fascinated by these numerous pubs and people enjoying themselves. For a change and because most of the restaurants were full we went for turkish food, which was very delicious - and took long so that we didn't reach our hostel before midnight, which was quite exhausting because we had to get up at dawn to catch our flight to Vienna ...
