See Chris standing there on the right? This may help to estimate the height of the waterfall. You could put St. Stephen's Cathedral there and you would see just the spire ... Háifoss measures 122 meters and is the second highest waterfall of Iceland. We reached it from the back, by walking through flat grassland and when the canyon suddenly appeared our jaws dropped simultaneously - what an awesome sight! |
